Stock and aftermarket suspension: WP, Showa, KYB, Sachs, Öhlins, Fox and more. If it has a fork or a shock, we can help.

Why KZN

Setup, not just service

Built around the rider

Springs and valving are chosen for your weight, ability and terrain, not a generic factory average. That is why our quote form asks how you ride.

Measured and documented

Sag, spring rates, oil levels and clicker settings are recorded on every job. You get a setup sheet, and we keep your history for next time.

Straight answers

If a seal service is all you need, that is what we quote. If a spring change would transform the bike, we will tell you why. No upsell, just the right fix.

FAQ

Good to know

Do I need to bring the whole bike?

No. For most services you can drop off or ship just the forks and the shock. If you would like us to set sag and check the linkage on the bike, bring the whole bike. Your quote will say which option is best for your job.

How long does it take?

Fork and shock services are usually completed within a few days of arrival once parts are on hand. Performance setups and revalves take a little longer. Your quote includes the current turnaround, and we will let you know if you have a race or trip coming up.

Why do you ask my weight and riding style?

Spring rates and damping are chosen for the rider. Your weight with gear, skill level, terrain and pace decide what your suspension should do. The quote form collects exactly what the technician needs, so you never have to explain it twice.

How often should suspension be serviced?

Racers and frequent riders: every 20 to 40 hours. Trail, dual sport and street riders: at least once a season or every year. Service sooner if a seal is leaking, the oil looks dirty, or the bike feels harsh or bottoms where it did not before.

What should I include when I ship?

Forks, shock and your quote reference number. Remove the front wheel, brake caliper and fender from the forks, and the spring is fine to leave on. We email packing and shipping instructions with every approved quote.

Do you work on street bikes and ATVs?

Yes. Sport bikes, naked bikes, cruisers, adventure bikes, quads and side-by-sides. Stock and aftermarket suspension. Choose your vehicle type at the start of the quote and the questions adapt.
